TATTOO AFTERCARE
It is very important that you take care of your new tattoo. Taking good care of your tattoo will protect you from infection or any other problems you may occur while healing. Artist are not responsible for improper care of your tattoo.

After your new tattoo is covered up, you should keep your bandage no more than two hours or as soon as you get home to wash it off. It is best to keep your tattoo covered until you get home and wash it off. An open wound is a breeding ground for bacteria and infection. The bandage keeps it from airborne bacteria from invading your wound. Use lukewarm water and mild, liquid antibacterial or non-scented soap.

Using your hand: Gently wash away any ointment, blood and/or plasma. You may feel your tattoo slimy and slippery. No need to worry, that’s your body discharging plasma. Gently remove as much as possible. Your tattoo may form a scab, don’t worry – that’s just plasma drying up.
Pat dry and apply aftercare product

TATTOO AFTERCARE PRODUCT
We recommend using Aquaphor and Lubriderm. Using Aquaphor should be used during the start of the healing process for 2-3 days and then switching to unscented lotion (Lubriderm). However, using large sums of Aquaphor ointment can have some side effects. Applying very thick Aquaphor for a long period of time can break out in a rash or get pimply. If this happen, please stop immediately and switch to a non-scented lotion.
